Membership Details

• Enrollment fee $99 per person

• All office visits during regular business hours are included

• All telemedicine consultations by phone, text, portal, or video chat for members

• Members do not pay extra for standard office tests and procedures such
  as rapid strep test, urine dip, injections (fees for medication only), joint injections/aspirations, sutures, wart removal, ear wax removal

• Not Included in membership: pharmaceuticals, hospital visits, imaging, labs, vaccinations. For more see our FAQ’s.
